SIA «JZ Advisory» provides independent technical consulting and client representation for private individuals, as well as construction and production process data analysis and optimisation services for companies, as described in the "Individuals" and "Companies" sections of the website.

Requests are submitted by filling in the contact form available on the website. Once a request has been received, an initial response will follow and, where necessary, an individual offer. Provision of the service begins once the scope, deadlines and payment have been agreed by both parties.

SIA «JZ Advisory» provides consultations and opinions on the basis of the information available and professional experience, but cannot guarantee any particular outcome in the actions of third parties (for example, builders or designers). The liability of the service provider is limited to the extent laid down in laws and regulations.

All materials on the website, including texts, images and design, belong to SIA «JZ Advisory» or are used with the permission of the respective rights holders, and they may not be republished or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

These terms of use and any disputes connected with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are heard by a court of the Republic of Latvia.
